Property Tax and Sewer Rent Due Dates

Taxes:  2/1, 5/1, 8/1, 11/1
Sewer: 3/1, 6/1, 9/1, 12/1

Payments received after the 10th will be charged interest back to the 1st                    
Interest Rates are 8% up to $1500.00 and 18% on amounts over $1500.00
Postmarks are not accepted

Residents who are 65 and over or permanently disabled may be eligible to apply for the New Jersey Senior Freeze program (PTR).  The Senior Freeze Program reimburses eligible senior citizens and disabled persons for property tax or mobile home park site fee increases on their principal residence (main home). Payments can be conveniently made during the Municipal Building business hours Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00 via a locked box outside of the Municipal Clerks office
or directly in the mail slot of the Tax Office door located downstairs next to the Police Station. An after-hours mail slot is also available at the front door of the Municipal building.
