MacKenzie Hall is a biologist with New Jersey DEP Fish and Wildlife's Endangered and Nongame Species Program. Most of her work days (and nights) are spent as ENSP’s bat specialist, managing a variety of projects to monitor and conserve our state’s bat populations. As one of Fish and Wildlife’s three “CHANJ Team” leads, MacKenzie also spends a lot of time on the Connecting Habitat Across New Jersey project, which aims to make our landscape and roadways more permeable for wildlife movement. MacKenzie is originally from northern New York State and graduated from Paul Smith's College in 2002 with a B.S. in Natural Resources/Environmental Science.
